Truth for the Last Days

First angel's message

Revelation 14:6-7 And I saw another angel fly in the midst of heaven, having the everlasting gospel to preach unto them that dwell on the earth, and to every nation, and kindred, and tongue, and people, Saying with a loud voice, Fear God, and give glory to him; for the hour of his judgment is come: and worship him that made heaven, and earth, and the sea, and the fountains of waters.

Second angel's message

Revelation 14:8 And there followed another angel, saying, Babylon is fallen, is fallen, that great city, because she made all nations drink of the wine of the wrath of her fornication.

Third angel's message

Revelation 14:9-12 And the third angel followed them, saying with a loud voice, If any man worship the beast and his image, and receive [his] mark in his forehead, or in his hand, The same shall drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is poured out without mixture into the cup of his indignation.... Here is the patience of the saints: here [are] they that keep the commandments of God, and the faith of Jesus.

Many in the world claim Jesus as Lord and believe that they are going to heaven without a doubt. They are taught that all they have to do is just believe. Does this mean that we are guaranteed heaven? Absolutely not! “...the devils also believe, and tremble.” James 2:19. Simply believing in God is not going to guarantee anyone heaven. Believing in God is only the first step (Justified through faith - Romans 5:1) to a long and narrow road to heaven. This so-called faith in Christ which professes to release men from their obligation in obedience to God is not faith, but presumption. "By grace are ye saved through faith" Ephesians 2:8. But "faith, if it hath not works, is dead" James 2:17. True faith in God is obedience to His commandments. Keeping the Law of God is a fruit for the true Christian in how we can be seen to the world as we reflect the Character of Christ that is unchangeable. Malachi 3:6. Jesus said of Himself before He came to earth, "I delight to do thy will, O my God: yea, thy law is within my heart". Psalm 40:8. And just before He ascended again to heaven, He declare, "I have kept my Father's commandments, and abide in his love" John 15:10. The Scriptures says, "Hereby we do know that we know him, if we keep his commandments". 1 John 2:3.

Exodus 19:5-6, “If ye will obey my voice indeed, and keep my covenant, then ye shall be a peculiar treasure unto me above all people: for all the earth is mine: And ye shall be unto me a kingdom of priests, and a holy nation.”

God had purposed the meeting with Moses on Mount Sinai to be of a great and magnificent scene in exalting His law. This law is Elohim's perfect character that is unchangeable. Malachi 3:6. As heirs according to the promise, we are to keep this law today. Galatians 3:29. Christ will help us keep this law by the guidance of the Holy Spirit. John 16:13. We are in the time of His grace. Hebrews 4:16. We have time to change. We have time to become Christlike. Romans 6:4. By the way, grace does not mean we have a free pass to commit sin. It means we have a grace period to repent from our sins and turn to the true living God. Furthermore, what everyone needs to understand is that the entire universe is to obey this law as Satan was to in heaven. Satan did not want to keep the law. Satan rebelled against it, which he was cast out of heaven for doing.
