free-will offering is required by God - Exodus 25:3-7   "And this is the offering which ye shall take of them; gold, and silver, and brass,  And blue, and purple, and scarlet, and fine linen, and goats' hair, And rams' skins dyed red, and badgers' skins, and shittim wood,  Oil for the light, spices for anointing oil, and for sweet incense,  Onyx stones, and stones to be set in the ephod, and in the breastplate."


free-will offering is required by God in order for the spreading of gospel to move forward - 2 Corinthians 9:7, "Every man according as he purposeth in his heart, so let him give; not grudgingly, or of necessity: for God loveth a cheerful giver."


Exodus 36:6,  "Let neither man nor woman make any more work for the offering of the sanctuary."

Exodus 27:18, "The length of the court shall be an hundred cubits, and the breadth fifty every where, and the height five cubits of fine twined linen, and their sockets of brass."

Ezekiel 8:16, "And he brought me into the inner court of the LORD'S house, and, behold, at the door of the temple of the LORD, between the porch and the altar, were about five and twenty men, with their backs toward the temple of the LORD, and their faces toward the east; and they worshipped the sun toward the east."

Exodus  27:16, "And for the gate of the court shall be an hanging of twenty cubits, of blue, and purple, and scarlet, and fine twined linen, wrought with needlework."

Exodus 29:37, "whatsoever toucheth the altarshall be holy."

Leviticus 9:24, "And there came a fire out from before the LORD, and consumed upon the altar the burnt offering."

The fire in the brazen altar continues to burn


The fire from God out of heaven will burn the wicked for ever

 Leviticus 6:13, "The fire shall ever be burning upon the altar; it shall never go out."


Revelation  20:9-10, "And they went up on the breadth of the earth, and compassed the camp of the saints about, and the beloved city: and fire came down from God out of heaven, and devoured them. And the devil that deceived them was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone, where the beast and the false prophet are, and shall be tormented day and night for ever and ever."   

Mark 9:43, "And if thy hand offend thee, cut it off: it is better for thee to enter into life maimed, than having two hands to go into hell, into the fire that never shall be quenched:"

All that typified sin was consumed and fire continues to burn


All sin must be destroyed before the redeemed can enjoy their eternal inheritance

Isaiah 59:2, "But your iniquities have separated between you and your God, and your sins have hid his face from you, that he will not hear."

Psalms 2:7-9, "I will declare the decree: the LORD hath said unto me, Thou art my Son; this day have I begotten thee. Ask of me, and I shall give thee the heathen for thine inheritance, and the uttermost parts of the earth for thy possession. Thou shalt break them with a rod of iron; thou shalt dash them in pieces like a potter's vessel."

Leviticus 4:25, "And the priest shall take of the blood of the sin offering with his finger, and put it upon the horns of the altar of burnt offering, and shall pour out his blood at the bottom of the altar of burnt offering."

1.   The repentant sinner will bring his offering (innocent victim) to the door of the tabernacle - Leviticus 4:3 "...then let him bring for his sin, which he hath sinned, a young bullock without blemish unto the LORD for a sin offering."
2.   He placed his hand upon the victim’s head and confessed his sin. Leviticus 4:4, "...and shall lay his hand upon the bullock's head,"
3.   The repentant sinner will kill the animal. Leviticus 4:4, "...and kill the bullock before the LORD."
4.   The priest brought the blood into the holy place and sprinkle the blood before the veil that divides the holy from the most holy place. Leviticus 4:6, "...and sprinkle of the bloodseven times before the LORD, before the veil of the sanctuary."



The innocent victim is required for offering - Leviticus 4:2-3

Jesus Christ was the innocent Lamb that was slain for the sins of the world

John 1:29, "...Behold the Lamb of God, which taketh away the sin of the world."

Process of removing ashes from the altar of burnt offerings:
1. Leviticus 6:10 - priests wear a white robe before he removes the ashes from the altar
2. he will take the ashes and put it beside the altar in the east side - Leviticus 6:10
3. Leviticus 6:11 - to remove the ashes that were placed beside the altar - he will lay aside the white robe (priestly robe) and put on another type of garment
4. he will lay aside his priestly robe and put on another garment and carry the ashes outside the camp to a clean placeLeviticus 6:11.



Ashes were the remains of sin offering

Ashes will be remains of sin, sinners and the devil after the fire from God destroys them

Malachi 4:1, 3, "For, behold, the day cometh, that shall burn as an oven; and all the proud, yea, and all that do wickedly, shall be stubble: and the day that cometh shall burn them up, saith the LORD of hosts, that it shall leave them neither root nor branch…And ye shall tread down the wicked; for they shall be ashes under the soles of your feet in the day that I shall do this, saith the LORD of hosts."

Ezekiel 28:18-19, "Thou hast defiled thy sanctuaries by the multitude of thine iniquities, by the iniquity of thy traffic; therefore will I bring forth a fire from the midst of thee, it shall devour thee, and I will bring thee to ashes upon the earth in the sight of all them that behold thee.  All they that know thee among the people shall be astonished at thee: thou shalt be a terror, and never shalt thou be any more."



Exodus 30:18, "Thou shalt also make a laver of brass, and his foot also of brass, to wash withal: and thou shalt put it between the tabernacle of the congregation and the altar, and thou shalt put water therein."

Exodus 38:8, "And he made the laver of brass, and the foot of it of brass, of the lookingglasses of the women assembling, which assembled at the door of the tabernacle of the congregation."

Exodus 30:19-20, "For Aaron and his sons shall wash their hands and their feetthereat:  When they go into the tabernacle of the congregation, they shall wash with water, that they die not; or when they come near to the altar to minister, to burn offering made by fire unto the LORD:" 

Exodus  3:5, "And he said, Draw not nigh hither: put off thy shoes from off thy feet, for the place whereon thou standest is holy ground."

Matthew 15:14, "Let them alone: they be blind leaders of the blind. And if the blind lead the blind, both shall fall into the ditch."

Matthew 5:16, "Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven."
